How the Task Manager Works
A quick guide to get you up and running

Sign InUse the email and password you created when you registered. Forgotten your credentials? Initiate a password reset here.

Check Your DashboardYour dashboard shows every task assigned to you, its due date plus time, and current status. Check it regularly so nothing slips past the deadline.

Complete & Submit TasksOpen a task and start it immediately — delayed starts count against your score. Complete the work and submit your report before the due date and time. HR will review and notify you when it is approved or rejected with reasons.

Notifications & ChatThe bell icon alerts you to new tasks, approvals, and messages in real time. Use Chat with HR to talk to your manager, and Chat Co-Workers to collaborate with teammates — ask questions, share files needed for your tasks, and support each other.

AppealsYou can file an appeal if: (a) a task was not started or submitted on or before the due date and time due to circumstances beyond your control, or (b) HR rejected your submitted work and you disagree with the reasons given. File from the task detail page for HR to review.
Performance Grading — How Your Score is Calculated
Your score is built from 5 dimensions (100 pts), then HR penalties are deducted from the final total.

⚠ HR Penalty Deductions
−30 pts for every query raised — failure to submit your task report on or before the due time. −5 pts for every query you did not respond to (no appeal filed). Stacks with the −30. One ignored query = −35 pts total. Queries are waived if your appeal is approved or resolved by HR.
Score bands: ≥80 = Excellent · 60–79 = Good · 40–59 = Average · <40 = Poor
